ARISE Technologies Issues Notice of $250,000 Drawdown from Committed Equity Facility

/CNW/ - ARISE Technologies Corporation (TSX: APV and Frankfurt: A3T), which is dedicated to becoming a leader in high-performance, high-quality, cost-effective solar technology, announced that, effective today, the Company has issued notice of a fifth drawdown in the amount of $250,000 from its previously announced Committed Equity Facility Agreement with Haverstock Master Fund (Haverstock).
Closing of the drawdown is scheduled to be completed on or about February 18, 2010.
